Distillation
Don Julio is handcrafted using 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the rich clay soils of the Highlands of Jalisco. The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens, fermented using a proprietary yeast strain, double distilled in pot stills, and matured according to each expression's style.
